About Me

Journey To Holistic Health Coaching

My passion for nutrition started in a fourth grade classroom. This was the first time I began to understand the correlation between our diet and overall health. As I grew older I saw some of my loved ones suffer with disease. This cemented my desire to learn more about nutrition and healthy lifestyle practices. I had planned on studying nutrition to become a dietitian or nutritionist. I quickly realized that I didn't like the rigidity and sole focus on micro and macro nutrients. Finally, my mother introduced to to the career path of holistic health coaching. I discovered that it was exactly what I had been looking for. I attended the Instutite For Integrative Nutrition and never looked back. Now, I have the privilege to be able help all of you.

What I do

 What Is Holistic Health Coaching?

A holistic health coach helps clients examine the various aspects of their life that contribute to their overall wellbeing. Typically, the areas that a coach will look at are nutrition/diet, mental and emotional health, career satisfaction/stability and relationships. As a coach I help my clients to understand which areas may be holding them back from living the life they want or achieving a specific goal such as weight loss. We work together to come up with a plan on how to accomplish their goal. I do this through educating, listening, offering support and holding them accountable.
